Pre- school Owner/Manager
Kelly is one of the pre school owners. Kelly has worked in a variety of different settings in Early Years for over 24 years. Kelly loves to see children thrive and develop as well as offering support for families that need that extra helping hand. She also enjoys supporting staff to build their skills so the settings can be the best they can be. Kelly is also the DSL.
Rachel Hannah
Pre- school Owner/Manager
Rachel is one of the pre school owners. Rachel has over 26 years of experience in the industry and working with families. Rachel spends her time between managing Balne Lane and Lupset. Rachel has a passion for providing opportunties for families in need. Rachel is the deputy DSL
Amy Leach
Lupset Manager
Amy is the manager at the Lupset setting. Amy works tirelessly to make the pre school an outstanding place to be. She has helped transform the nursery into a wonderful and inspiring place. She is the DSL and also supports Balne lane with ideas.
Terri Hussain
Balne Lane Deputy Manager
Terri is the Pre School roo leader and will be returning to us in September 3 days a week. Terri loves to developp creative activities and works so hard to ensure that the children are getting the most out of their day.
Debbie Auty
Lupset Deputy Manager
Debbie is the upset Deputy Manager, supportingthe daily running of the setting. Debbie helps implement and improve staff practise. Debbie is the deputy DSL and brings a wealth of experience to the setting.
Claire Nankoo
SENCO/Early Years Educator
Claire is the Nursery SENCO and has a level 2 SENCO qualification and supports both sites. Claire is massively passionate about change for SEND. Claire is currently also pre school leader working Monday- Thursday.
Jo Furmston
Caterpillar Room Leader
Jo is level 3 qualified, she works Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Jo has good relationships with the parents and supports the team, ensuring a quality curriculum is provided through a solid routine.
Alicia Talbot
Early Years Educator
Alicia works in the Caterpillar room 4 days a week. Alicia is level 3 qualified, and an experienced member of staff. She has a gorgeous energy, super helpful and a wonderful team member to have around.
Amna Shah
Early Years Assistant
Amna works in the Caterpillar room every morning, she is so gentle and caring and children and adults alike love her so much. She cares deeply about the children and brings calmness and warmth.
Alison Evans
Early Years Assistant
Alison works Monday to Friday afternoon in the Caterillar Room. Alison brings good energy and is passionate to develop her skills and is studying for her level 3 qualification. She is caring, kind and fun.
Emily Kirk
Early Years Educator
Emily works in Caterpillars on Wednesdays and Thursdays.Emily is an expert at Music and Movement and rhythm activities which brings so much variety to our curriculum. She is passionate, encouraging creativity.
Becki Mantell
Early Years Assistant
Becki is one of our newest members of the team, she works on Wednesdays and Thursdays and is based in our Caterpillar room. She is also studying to be a child's therapist and really supports child wellbeing.
Jessica Allen
Early Years Apprentice
Jess has been with us for just over a year and has come so far along in her journey, she so close to completion with a predicted distinction grade. Jess is based in Butterfly room every day and is a massive support.
Adele Parkin
Early Years Educator
Adele works Monday to Wednesday in our Butterfly room. Adele supports the smooth running of the routine and is a real hard worker, she holds a level 3 qualification and we love having her around the place. :-)
Nin Kooner
Early Years Educator
Nin works opposite Adele in the Butterfly room, Thursdays and Fridays. Nin holds both a level 3 and a level 5 degree in Early years. Nin loves to be creative and loves reading with the children.
Justyna Smiielska
Early Years Assistant
Justyna works Mondays and Fridays in the Butterfly room. Justyna is also beginning her journey to study for her level 3 qualification. She is focused on developing her skills to deliver quality activities.
Kylie Harrison- Mackay
Early Years Practitioner
Kylie works at the lupset setting, Monday to Friday. Kylie has worked hard to achieve her level 3 qualification and to develop her knoweldge and skills in the field. She has a heart of gold and oves all her work 'besties'.
Naomi Towers
Early Years Educator
Naomi works 4 days a week at the Luoset setting and is level 3 qualified. Naomi has so much talent and vision for developing enabling environments and planning meaningful and pureposeful activities.
Charlie Colenutt
Early Years Educator
Charlie is one of the newest members of the Lupset team and works 5 full days with us. Charlie has a lot of years experiencee and is confident to develop and support the children with the enriched and ambitious curriculum.
Tracey Farish
Early Years educator
Tracey is qualified all the way up to level 5 degree. She is nurturing and enthusiatic about child development and passionate and children making good progress. Tracey is a happy go lucky character, who always smiles!
Denise Jackson
Early Years Assistant
Denise works at out Lupset setting every day through the core hours of the sessions to support with routines and activities. Denise's strong passion is for play. She knows how important it is for children to be free to play.
