All 3 year olds in the UK are entitled to 15 hours free childcare per week from the term after they turn 3 years old.

Some 2 year olds are also entitled to 15 hours free childcare, this is dependent on the parents being in receipt of certain benefits, such as income support, job seekers allowance, tax credits and have an annual income of under £16,190 before tax, if your child has a statement of special educational needs or an education, health and care plan.
